Explorer Disc Rack MTX 2.0

The Topeak Explorer Disc Rack MTX 2.0 is a robust and versatile rear rack designed for classic loaded touring, commuting, or running errands. Made from tough tubular 6061 T-6 hollow aluminum, this rack is built to last and supports up to 26 kg (57 lbs). It fits bikes with 26", 27.5" (650B), and 700C wheels and provides added clearance to accommodate disc brakes. The MTX QuickTrack plate is compatible with any Topeak MTX TrunkBag, MTX rear basket, and MTX 2.0 TrunkBag.

• Heavy-Duty Aluminum Construction: Built from tough tubular 6061 T-6 hollow aluminum, delivers long-lasting durability, stability, and corrosion resistance for daily use or touring.
• Disc Brake Compatible Design: Engineered with added clearance to fit bikes equipped with disc brakes. Compatible with both disc and non-disc mount configurations, making it suitable for a wide range of commuter, hybrid, and touring bicycles.
• Fit & Compatibility: Designed for bicycles with threaded seat-stay bosses (rack eyelets on the frame) — required for mounting. Fits frame sizes from 14.5" (26" wheel) to 63 cm (700C wheel), including 27.5"/650B. Not compatible with full-suspension frames or frames without rack mounting eyelets. For small frames where the included 26.5 cm bracket arms cannot be positioned correctly, the optional TRK-R023 extended arms (34.5 cm, sold separately) are recommended.
• MTX QuickTrack System Ready: Features MTX QuickTrack and MTX 2.0 compatibility, allowing easy slide-and-lock installation of MTX TrunkBags, rear baskets, or panniers for fast gear attachment.
• High Load Capacity: Supports up to 26 kg (57 lbs) of cargo and meets EN 14872 / ISO 11243 standards, making it strong enough for commuting essentials or extended touring setups with full gear.
